The cook recommended the Heathy Shrimp as she could not could guarantee the sauces used in other dishes were GF. I was not disappointed though, I loved it and I don’t even like shrimp.

So happy to find a truck I could eat at! Based on the other reviews I had the garlic shrimp, which was delicious. It came with rice, salad with ranch dressing, and pineapple.

Small family run shrimp truck, owner’s daughter talked me through how they make the shrimp, only item NOT gluten free was the coconut shrimp. Ordered the classic garlic shrimp, and they were wonderfully fresh and delicious.
