I ordered gluten free French Onion soup and it came with a full piece of bread in it. When I told them about the problem they apologized for the wait- not for the fact that I had explicitly multiple times told them about my allergy including when they dropped off the soup and that they had still clearly messed it up. They gave me a free drink but I’m not sure that makes up for how terrible I’m sure I’ll feel.
In town for the weekend and ate supper here tonight. I had the roasted half chicken which the menu shows comes with crispy fingerlings. However the server said they would be done in a shared fryer. So I opted for the mashed potatoes. Convinced my hubby to order the GF Filet Mignon so I could have some beef too. 😉There was a lot of food and it was very good! Server was knowledgeable.
I went and was really looking forward to this restaurant. I was very specific that I had celiac and was sensitive. The waitress said they take allergies very seriously and even had a separate menu to help know what to order. We ordered a salad off that menu and was eating it when I realized farro was in it, which is gluten and was on their gluten free menu. We told the waitress they contaminated me with something listed on their gluten free menu and left.
Extensive gf menu. Food delicious and restaurant beautiful.
Found this restaurant via Yelp and it did not disappoint, they have a gluten free menu readily available and staff are very knowledgeable about celiac/wheat allergies. I got the chicken which was cooked perfectly and fries on the side as well as the burrata which comes with gf crackers instead of bread. For dessert we got the chocolate torte made gf.
