Review of Alriso Risotteria Italiana

Its sad to say, but their food is just not well prepared. I had no reaction. Service was friendly. Just did not enjoy my meal. The GF bread was flaky crumbly and very hard, although fresh. Olive oil was provided but balsamic vinegar wasnt which shows that they dont understand italian tradition. The pea soup was bland, the risotto was not cooked and the pasta was dry. Theres a difference between aldente and not cooked. This food was undercooked. The tomato sauce was too sour. The place has great potential, a chef who graduated from cullinary school would easily convert this place into a great restaurant. Three stars for the celiac friendliness.
