For me, when I eat gluten my wrists break out in hives and my vision is impaired in extreme cases. Knowing how I am affected from gluten I am extremely aware of what I eat. I told the cashier I am celiac and once I got my order I noticed there was granola on my bowl. I asked the lady what was if it was gluten free, she replied it should be. I was already alarmed but decided to continue eating. After a few minutes I realized it looked just like everyone else’s bowl who ordered a regular bowl. I then asked the staff in the kitchen, they told me it’s not gluten free. If you are celiac and have extreme reaction I would not recommend this place. Gloves were not changed and the package my bowl was in had no indication of it being made gluten free.
