Altitude Restaurant + Lounge Bar

This is a buffet with no measures to prevent cross contamination, food is all out together, and kitchen staff were not knowledgeable about cross contamination. Once we explained cross contamination to staff, the chef prepared a single plate of lamb to share between 2 people, and 2 brownies. Was charged nearly full price for the buffet, despite not eating anything else.
