Absolutely fantastic fully aware of Gluten intolerance along with other allergies/intolerances Theme park as well as the on site hotels they provide an allergen book which is easy to understand and navigate a manager comes over to check you fully understand everything. Plenty of beautiful food on offer for allergy/intolerance and more than happy to bring out gluten free toast/sausages at breakfast time
