100% Glúten free and safe with local and non-local products. Amazing focaccia. Celiac community friendly and a deep understanding of our limitations. Pizza is great also and the daily fresh made delicacies are amazing. Can’t wait to go back. Easy to find and well located. The bakery itself have a great atmosphere and staff is very welcoming. Thumbs up for Amalia Gluten Free and the whole Crew.
