The owner’s daughter has trouble with gluten, so she knows what she’s doing. I ate with absolute confidence and loved the food! This was one of our favorite meals in Heraklion, and that’s a tough competition.

Good and extraordinary food. Mr. Yorgos knew what gluten-free food means. I ordered grilled chicken and pork and fries. At the end, he gives dessert from the house. My wife and I stopped here for lunch, and it was so amazing. The waiter knew about celiac, and even asked if I had celiac before I could tell him. I felt totally safe eating here. They brought out gf pita bread with the dips which was great. 10/10 would recommend

The menu is clearly marked GF with lots of options. Could swap out pasta for GF on all dishes. Good choices although limited if also dairy free as all pasta dishes were cream sauce based. Offered the risotto as the pasta GF/DF alternative. Went with a souvlaki dish which was a huge portion and also came with a. GF/DF flatbread which was a nice treat. Service was attentive and made to feel welcome. They brought complimentary GF/DF dessert of a nutmeg flan style which was also really nice although the kids didn’t think so. Lol. Food portions were large, salad was fresh, well cooked and delicious. Would definitely go again.

Close to all important points of interest in the city center, nice restaurant with different typical greek specialities, as souvlaki and tzatziki gluten free.

When asked, waiter knew perfectly about gluten free, cross contamination, told us not to bother about it and enjoy the meal.

The food is absolutely delicious - I had the three dip starter and as main course the mushroom risotto. There are a ton of gluten free options, all clearly marked on the menu and the staff is knowledgeable about what gluten-free is. As mentioned in other reviews, I can confirm the delicious dessert we got on the house which was also gluten-free. 100% recommend!

Great place to eat. They have a lot of gluten-free options and know what they are talking about. I took chicken souvlaki, which was wonderful. They gave me gluten-free pita bread. Very friendly staff, overall a great experience.

Really helpful staff, provided me with gluten free pitta bread instead of normal. Lots of different gluten free options. Gave us a free desert which they made dairy free.

They have gluten free options marked on the card. You can have very good food and the staff speaks English + have good knowledge about GF! Would definitely recommend going there if you’re celiac 👍🏽

Loved it! Very attentive and friendly staff. I got the souvlaki with fries (yay for dedicated fryers) and mushroom risotto. They even gave me gluten free tortillas to eat while my boyfriend had gluten full pita bread. They also gave me a rice pudding at the end for dessert!

Reply great food. We had 3 chicken dishes and a pasta dish that we are very tasty. Lovely setting in a very shaded quiet side street. Lots of gluten free options and a dedicated gf fryer. One if our best meals in Greece. Play ground next door. Staff knew what they were doing.

Nice people! They really know what celiac disease is so it feels very safe to eat here. The food was really nice (I had the salmon). They have gluten free alternatives for pita bread and the little dessert. I would definitely eat here again!! :)

They have a dedicated fryer! They actually know what a dedicated fryer IS. This place is great for celiac. They’re really informed and have pita alternatives so you can still enjoy the souvlaki. The menu is marked with gluten free items. And the food tastes good too! If you need to eat gluten free in this area, go ahead and give it a try.

Have gluten free options and labelled on menu. Ordered the souvlaki and asked for the GF option, the waiter promptly asked “are you a Coeliac?” Provided great reassurance on food preparation and knowledgeable on CC. Was given a complimentary dessert especially made GF. Highly recommend!

Ate gf pitta and souvlaki and was horrendously ill. I saw the same pitta in the supermarket and they were called corn pitta but contained 43% wheat flour. Do not eat here!

Food was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable staff, knew the difference between gluten sensitive and celiac and were able to recommend food based on it. Got gluten free pita with everything and a free desert after. If we would have stayed longer in Heraklion this would definitely be our go to place!
