Review of Amanda's Sweet Treats

Amanda makes amazing cupcakes and cakes. She made me peanut butter cupcakes with a reese's peanut butter cup in the bottom. Absolutely wonderful. As a Celiac, it's hard to trust anyone to make food for you, especially baked goods. She understands the world of Gluten intolerance and Celiac and knows how to prep accordingly. No cross contamination. And the cake isn't hard like most gf recipes! So good!
