Had the Cobb salad and a smoothie! The person that took my order alerted the kitchen of my allergy to be aware of cross contamination. I didn’t have any issues!

It is not a celiac friendly place. They use the same toaster as to toast the GF bread. No bagels. Upside they are friendly. Just don’t come here if you have celiacs if you wanna eat. There is a ton of cross contamination.

The food was food and they made sure to check with the chef/cooks about what I ordered.

Visiting big bear and found this great sandwich shop. Staff was very helpful and actually made a point of speaking to me directly about my son’s celiac and cross contamination potential. Appreciate the extra care as most places are not that considerate. Would definitely come back.

They were too busy to accommodate an allergy request at the time I came (around 1 on a weekday), so my only option was the chili. Disappointing, but at least they were honest. They were also knowledgeable about CC procedures and Celiac. If I’m ever in Big Bear again, I’ll give it another try.
The vegan chili was tasty. Very small portion, though.

Delicious! Gluten free 1/2 sandwich is huge! I ordered the veggie w/o cheese and w/o cream cheese and it was perfect. Vegan gluten free chili was spicy and awesome! I also ordered a mimosa smoothie (mango) which was yummy!
Gluten free bread and Boar’s Head meats. They took extra care to avoid cross contamination even though they were very busy. Great sandwiches! I highly recommend this restaurant.
