Amaranto

Amaranto is an all gluten-free Italian food truck. On the menu you can find antipasti (usually potato and mozzarella croquettes and fried pizza), pasta dishes with ricotta and spinach ravioli as a staple and desserts. Gluten free sourdough bread and focaccia are also baked to order and you can now also buy their pasta uncooked and frozen.
