Review of Amaranto

Seeing the previous post made me inclined to try take out, and called to discuss options over the phone. They were very aware of gluten allergy and said no mole sauce (contains breadcrumbs), and a few other items were off limits but most was GF. I went with the short ribs with green sauce, which came with rice. I asked if the rice had any seasoning that might contain gluten and he said no. When we picked up the take out I reconfirmed these details and was told again all good. Food was great and had no reaction.
