This is a nice restaurant connected to the Hilton. Our waitress spoke English and let me know which options are gluten free. There are several options including soup, salad, ceviche and empanadas. I had the empanadas and they were very good.
The food was great and the ambiance was really fun. We had vegetable ceviche, wild boar and veggie empanadas, grilled olaintain with pulled pork and cheese, and ice cream for dessert. Note: a restaurant card here will be really helpful. I speak a little Spanish and the server spoke a little English, but they were very familiar with gluten and he assured me that when my order was put it he would write a note and the chef would make everything in separate pans etc.
