Amazing Thai

I went to Amazing Thai with a small group that liked Thai food for lunch. I was the only one with celiac’s. I had the cashew chicken lunch entree which came with a soup as an appetizer. Our waiter steered me away from several other appetizers because they had peanut sauce which contained gluten.

The menu states that all items may contain trace amounts of gluten. However, 24 hours later I can confirm I had no reaction whatsoever! This is was my first trip to Princeton and was a little shocked that lunch was $18.
