Amelia's Wood Fired Cuisine

We had friends in town and wanted to take them out for a nice evening. I had heard good things about Amelia‘s and wanted to try it. Their menu is clearly marked with what is available gluten-free and my server said that other options can be made gluten-free with substitutions. He confirmed that they will change gloves when working on a gf ticket and said that the dining tickets are well marked.

Everything we ate was delicious and presented beautifully. Our server was attentive and on top of things. I think this was the best meal I have had in Tulsa. I look forward to returning.
