Went to Rivergate like location . Not impressed. Burger & fries were just ok.

They make special gluten free fries, were comfortable with cc and seemed fairly knowledgable. The manager brought my food and confirmed everything was gf. I didn't get sick so I'm happy

Good GF buns on great burgers. Dedicated fryer for GF fries, sweet potato fries, and tater tots.

Had the worst experience. I am celiac but also have allergies to dairy and soy. They paid no attention to that and "buttered" my bun with soy bean oil. Very little knowledge about food allergies.

Dedicated fryer!!!! Meaning tater tots, fries, sweet potato fries can be made GF! Very knowledgeable and accommodating!

Their gluten free bun is much better than most places. Staff is friendly and well trained in gluten safe practices. When you order a gluten free bun they will ask if it’s an allergy, and then alert the kitchen and the kitchen staff immediately take precautions. Best of all, they seem more than happy to accommodate and never annoyed or inattentive to your allergy. The burgers are great, fries are delicious!

This place is an absolute favorite of mine! Most of the staff I’ve encountered is very knowledgeable of the gluten free items and willing to help. They will ask you if it’s a preference or allergy. When you tell them it is an allergy, they immediately alert the kitchen staff and put it in bold letters on your ticket. I was told the turkey burger is not GF, but the hamburger and grilled chicken are. I always get a hamburger or grilled chicken sandwich. I’ve never gotten sick and I eat here almost once a week. Their sweet potato fries are insanely delicious! Some of the best I’ve had! They have a dedicated fryer so it is safe.
