Two celiacs in our family, and we order here weekly. The food is delicious. There is not a dedicated fryer so we don’t eat the chips, but the bowls are so good that we don’t miss them.

They were somewhat honest. The cashier told me they can make me GF free chicken quesadillas and took order but the cook said, no. Chicken has seasoning that might have gluten. We ended up subs for brisket but overall food didn’t taste that great.

Seems to be the only place in the area that can truly do gluten free. If you're celiac and highly sensitive, ask for Max or Darwin who will hook you up with a meal from unopened stores of ingredients, fresh utensils and grilled on tinfoil etc. Staff is super knowledgeable and careful.

Also the food tastes good.
