I came here on Sunday for the gluten free pizza, hoping it's really good. Its pizza is all I can say. It's in between a thin and thick crust, which means the center of these pizzas are never fully cooked. Great top, crunchy bottom, and mushy center. Overall a disappointment for my IMO. FYI they carry Omission beer, which for the Celiac community is a no go. It is gluten REDUCED beer- BIG difference. The manager needs a little more education for the staff. Omission is for the (stupid) dieters. But that's fine with me, as I understand, and am thankful for their attempt.

They now offer GF pizza Sunday-Tuesday! It comes in both medium and mini sizes. Wonderful pizza and GF crust is the preferred crust amongst all in my office. Only two of us have celiac, but everyone loves the pizza.

The best gluten free pizza! It is a shared kitchen, but they use dedicated prep areas and do their best to avoid cross contamination.

IMO, American Dream Pizza makes the best GF pizzas in Corvallis. They are also the most expensive. The crust is thick and they pile the toppings on to their combo pizzas. I have been getting pizzas from American Dream for many years now and have celiac disease.

Offers gluten free crust, however there is some cross contamination with gluten products. The pizza does taste good though (I am not celiac).

Definitely not safe for those with Celiac disease or a wheat allergy. I am not sure what their food preparation is like, but I definitely felt like I had been glutened after eating their gluten free pizza. The texture of the gluten free crust was also a bit mushy. I would recommend 2 Stones Pizza instead, where they have a dedicated oven and prep area.

Great gf pizza, but theyre not a dedicated facility so there's a high risk of cross contamination. I've been hit a couple of times eating here (I have celiac's). They also only serve gf certain days of the week. But, they're good in a pinch. I'd say if your gf for diet preference, you'll be fine here, but use a bit of caution if you have an allergy.
