Review of American Flatbread

AMAZING pizza! We were lucky enough to have an American Flatbread outpost in our neighborhood in Virginia (that closed), so I was so excited to go when in Burlington one afternoon. When sitting down and placing our order, I made clear to our server that both my son and I had celiac. I started with a Citizen Cider and an evolution salad........ yum. Fresh ingredients are a part of all their food. A different server/cook delivered our GF pizzas - New Vermont Sausage and Revolution. DELISH! They know how to make the crusts crunchy enough, something I have a problem with at most other pizza places with GF dough. I realized I made a mistake with the toppings when ordering my son's pizza so we ordered a 3rd GF pizza and the same server returned. I didn't see him delivering any other tables in our area while we were there so that sort of indicated to me that he was the "GF guy". We had leftovers and I am still enjoying the pizza at home in Virginia.

If you have a chance, definitely go. We hope to be at Smugglers Notch in February and will definitely make the trip out for pizza.
