Review of American Flatbread

Very, very good. I am a celiac and I was not at all worried about cross-contamination while I was eating, because the women kept assuring me that there was none (without even my asking.) They made my pizza in the back (away from all of the regular pizza making) and cooked it in the fire on a pan. Probably the best GF pizza I have ever had. Also had a VERY yummy gluten free ice cream sandwich which I definitely recommend :)
