Interesting experience, we practically had the place to ourselves on a Friday night. Asked if celiac can be accommodated but had to explain what that is. How about fish tacos? Yes, we have corn tortillas but they’re not gluten free. He said that they have gluten free bread available. I asked for grilled salmon, server discussed with the chef and offered multiple times it would be / is gluten free. I wish I had noticed the straws were not plastic before drinking. Hopefully I will not have any symptoms.
