Great place for a quick snack and drink after/during your tour of the World War 2 museum. (Note: leave time to spend the day there. So much to see!!) The staff was WONDERFUL, the food menu has items that are vegetarian, vegan AND gluten free noted with the symbols of V/VG/GF. We LOVED the Parmesan fries! So yummy!!

Yum!! Good gluten free options! We shared the 'salmon' beets. They were out of salmon and subbed drum. It was excellent!!! The beets were amazing and the sauce and little tartness from the goat cheese were to die for! I had a Rosemary Riveter. It was excellent!!! Not overly sweet, but great flavor. We also shared the flourless chocolate cake! Spoon decadent!!!! They also said just about everything could be modified to GF. Lettuce wraps for burgers and sandwiches. No croutons on salads and such.

Beware and ask questions. They had Teriyaki duck wings on the on the gluten free menu. I asked if they used regular soy sauce. Waiter came back and said yes but it is only a little bit. I then told him that is not gluten free! Ended up getting a salad and rice noodle soup to be safe. My non gluten free table mates said the food was just ok.

The have a good gluten free menu but overall I think they're food is overrated.

This restaurant's chef is John Besh. Food is amazing and they are very knowledgable about the importance of GF prep & CC. The restaurant is a part of the WWII museum. My 9 yo Celiac loved it and ate very safe here, even their homemade ice cream.
