We ate lunch there after trip in the north unit of TRNP. Standard BBQ joint food, which by nature is mostly gluten free. I checked the seasoning mix ingredients and there were no gluten ingredients. Te only gluten items that they serve are cornbread, rolls for the sandwiches and desserts. My celiac husband had ribs, the potato salad and green salad with no ill effects. They were not very knowledgeable so we did not risk the fries. Only four stars because it wasn't the best food I've ever had, but for the area it was okay and the servers were friendly.
