Review of Americana Diner

NO gluten free menu. Nothing specifically denoted as gluten free on the menu. Server said he could tell us what they can make gluten free. "We've got gluten free buns for the burgers." Asked if they had a dedicated dryer for the French fries. Said "Oh, I think so." Went off to check and came back with "No, everything is done in the same fryer." We finished our cocktail, paid for it and left. Sorry Americana, if your server doesn't even know whether you have a dedicated fryer or not, do you actually think I would let him recommend what is gluten free? For someone like me with extreme Celiac Disease, being gluten free isn't about being trendy, it's about keeping out of the Emergency Room. I would give you ZERO stars if I could.
