Never had a problem here (celiac) and they communicate well between kitchen and servers. Menu frequently adds/changes things so it's fun to see what's new!
The staff was not knowledgable, they served us a paella that was covered in potato sticks. We repeatedly told them we couldn’t have gluten, and when this came out I asked if the potato sticks had gluten, they said no at first, then when we were already eating they came back and said they did have gluten, but that we would be fine if we just “pushed them to the side.” Other dishes were fine for cross contamination, but staff definitively not knowledgeable or helpful
