If you have a gluten intolerance, this place will be fine. The staff will do everything they can to mitigate cross contamination. They will wash hands, clean/wipe down boards, bake your pizza on a plate in the oven. (Note: I did ask to watch the whole process as the kitchen is open to patrons.) The crust is just ok, I know other reviews raved about it, but it isnt anything special.
The kitchen is open to the restaurant, and there is a huge possibility of cross contamination, as there is no separation. I wish I had asked to watch them make a pizza before ordering. The waiter assured me that other celiacs had eaten there without any problems. I can only advise, if you are a celiac DO NOT EAT HERE!! I don't have silent celiac, and while initially, I didn't think I would have problems; I sure ad heck did. I ended up constipated for the next 3 days due to inflammation in the GI tract as well as absorption issues for the next week. It is not worth eating here for all the problems it caused.
