Fun, casual restaurant in downtown Salida with many considerations for those with dietary restrictions. Offered a gluten free pizza crust as well as the option to have a crustless pizza or calzone in a bowl. Tried the crust and had no issues, as they are careful to take precautions for those with allergies.

The Mediterranean was probably the best gluten free pizza I've had in a restaurant. The flavor combination was amazing. The torta di seta was super rich and plenty for our family of four to share. My very picky husband, who is not gluten sensitive, said their regular pizza was surprisingly good, too.

Are you fucking kidding me? You people rate this highly for gluten free? Everything has gluten. The brush out the oven and put your gluten free crust in there with all the flour. Not even the salads are safe. At least they are honest but what a fucking waste of time for a real celiac.

Their pizza is amazing. We are incredibly sensitive and they make a good effort on keeping it from xcontamination and a day later I still feel ok
No one else has rated this???? They have great GF pizza and one of the only GF places for miles.
