I had kind of a weird experience here. After reading the other reviews I expected the staff to be knowledgeable, but our server seemed to not understand the word gluten. I had noted in our reservation and also mentioned when I walked in that I needed to eat gluten-free. They do have a note in the menu that they can sub GF crust or GF pasta, but it’s a little unclear what you can get. I had to ask several times to get the GF focaccia to start (which I think was just thin pizza crust cut into triangles, more like flatbread). When it came to ordering, I had no confidence that he understood what I meant, so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager who came over was friendly and seemed to understand better, but couldn’t answer whether I could get anything other than pizza or pasta (I wanted to order a salad and fish). When I finally just gave up and ordered pasta, he asked whether it was for celiac and said they’d cook the pasta in separate water, so I do think they have good practices. And I did not get sick, so I believe I ate safely there. It just wasn’t the easy experience I expected it to be.

I have eaten here several times. Staff knowledgeable regarding gluten free meals. Everything I have ordered has been delicious!
