Pizza ist mit glutenfreier Weizenstärke, der Besitzer kennt sich aber super aus, bereitet den Teig einen Tag vorher auf Bestellung zu. Pizza wird auf einem extra Blech gebacken und ich hab mich sehr sicher bezüglich Kontamination gefühlt. Fpr mich die Beste Glutenfreie Pizza die ich in Deutschland bisher hatte.

Unfassbar professioneller Umgang mit dem Athens Zöliakie. Geschmacklich top! Pizza einen Tag vorher vorbestellen, weil dann ein extra-Teig angefertigt wird. Ihr bekommt selbst separate Teller, die nur für die Zölis genutzt werden.

Die Pizza ist sehr lecker und der Inhaber kennt sich gut mit Zöliakie und Kontamination aus. Pizza muss einen Tag vorher bestellt werden, Pasta ist auch spontan verfügbar.

They have very nice gluten free Pizza and Pasta! The pizza has to be ordered one day before because it’s freshly baked!
