I asked all the typical questions (dedicated fryer, marinades, etc) and emphasized that it was vital that things be gluten free.
The waitress came back and said to not eat the chips because of cross contamination and suggested a fajita salad with a grilled meat. Great, right? Wrong.
She came back with a fried flour taco salad bowl. I kindly said I couldn’t eat it or I would get sick. She offered to have them remake it, but I was obviously concerned about my well being so I declined.
She said, “Fine.” And pulled it away. She didn’t even refill my water glass for the rest of the night.

Waitress was knowledgeable about gluten free food and vey helpful. Most items could be made gf. I couldn’t have the chips though because of being prepared in a shared fryer. The food was good and I didn’t have any issues with it afterwards. The out door dining area looked appealing but it was to cold to use that day. I will go again if I am in the area.
