The server seemed to know a lot about gluten-free options. I ordered the beef and broccoli lunch special, which includes an egg drop soup and steamed rice. The beef and broccoli had a sort of thickened chicken stock as the sauce instead of the traditional brown sauce.
A few hours later and I'm gassy, bloated and nauseous. I'm not sure if it was a cross contamination issue or what, but I'd be careful choosing this place.
Update: I had full blown food poisoning from here. I have lost almost 8 pounds in the 24 hours since I dined here. I would be EXTREMELY cautious eating at Amlee.

My wife is allergic to gluten and dairy. The owner knew EXACTLY which dishes were gluten and dairy free. She was serene as Buddha as we asked about all the different combinations/possibilities. We came at 3:00 on a Sunday. The food was good. They didn’t have gluten free soy sauce, but we recommended it to them. My wife had the gluten free cashew chicken, egg drop soup, and shrimp fried rice.
The atmosphere is relaxing with a clean dining room.
