They assured me that the curry is gluten free and no wheat is added. They were very kind and the food was really delicious. I ate palak paneer and have been totally fine and symptom free even a couple of days after eating. Foreign food is often expensive in Seoul, but the prices are really affordable and I was able to get two meals out of my curry.
