You order here on screens - there is an allergen menu posted which shows no gluten in any of the gelatos. I informed the scooper i have a gluten allergy, and asked if they could please wash the spoon before using mine (d/t risk of cross contamination from cone), which they did. Weren’t the friendliest staff but the flavours were great. Ofc still risk of contamination from cone to ice cream containers, but can ask to scoop from untouched areas.

They have gluten free cones!! The gelato is very good as well, I haven’t had an issue although it isn’t clearly marked what’s GF and what’s not.

Have a clear procedure to ensure there is no contamination. Staff put on gloves, grab new spoons and use cloths. They also clearly explain why they have a procedure and each step

Incredible gelato, all flavours gluten free, and gluten free cones available. When I asked the staff about cross contamination they said they couldn't "100% guarantee no cross contamination" as they used gluten containing cones. However when I ordered they used a pre-packaged gluten free cone, and used an entirely clean scoop and jug of water for washing the scoop between flavours. They then displaced the ice cream that had been touched by previous scoops to use the ice cream that was underneath and therefore at least risk of cross contamination. I've never been more reassured about minimal risk of gluten when buying gelato.
