I waited to post a review until I had been here, at least a handful of times, and I have! The food is remarkable, as is the ambience. There may not be me a very large number of gluten-free items, but the menu itself is relatively small. And there’s a variety in the options offered gluten-free. My favorite is the Ahi tuna bowl done gluten-free, and the fungus among-us ramen bowl (I add chicken)
Some people of previously mentioned that the pasta/Ramen noodles are cooked in the same pot. The pasta pot is actually a large, boiling pot of water that has forced water coming in and going out so it’s constantly changing, however, for those that are more sensitive the chef welcomes the request to have the noodles boiled stovetop separately! I just need to request this and I have absolutely no problem accommodating!
I absolutely LOVE this place!
I went with a friend who is also celiac, the options for our allergy were limited but the food tasted great. Though we both had a reaction to the food in under 30 minutes. We ordered the noodle dish, other options include a rice bowl with tuna and an edemame side dish. Would not suggest if you have a gluten allergy or celiac disease.
