I’m amending my review because we’ve gotten gluten pizzas in a marked GF box with a gluten allergy sticker on it twice now. Once I even asked the manager if it was really GF because it looked different to me and she assured me it was. Ate some, tasted a little different so checked with a different guy and he said sorry it’s gluten. The first time it happened they tested the pizza through corporate to be sure and apologized profusely. Taking a chance is not worth how sick we got. My take away is the gluten free pizzas are so good you won’t miss the gluten, but I would avoid them if you’re celiac bc you don’t know what you’re really getting. Same with the burgers as they get mixed up sometimes too. Stick to completely GF items like mac and cheese, fries, burrito bowl, soups (or maybe even the gf burrito which is obvious in its gluten free-ness lol).

Had a burger and fries. I asked for gf and also asked for vegan cheese. They ended up making the whole burger vegan and gf. BUT it didn't matter. It was delicious!

I live in Santa Rosa and Amy’s is my go-to place. Their burgers are delicious and their sauce is legendary. They have the best gluten free fries and have a separate frier. They have both in-person ordering and a drive-thru. The staff are super knowledgeable and will usually get your order right, but always have them read it back to you. The ambience and style of the restaurant is lovely. They have a ton of gluten free menu items for all kind of occasions.

Used to love this place. Now the employees don’t know how to care for Celiacs and sometimes don’t even know what gluten-free is. If you go, go inside so the cashier can let the grillers know you are Celiac. I’m guessing it’s the amount of teen workers who don’t care.

There are some employees that do not understand what Gluten Free means. Last time I ordered here, the person raking my order did NOT know what she was doing and claimed all cinnamon rolls were GF, when I know for a fact they aren't. I ended up getting a Non-GF cinnamon roll in my order. I had to talk to a supervisor to have it fixed. I also told him that he needs to retrain his employees so they don't harm another person due to negligence.

Really nice to have so many options at a fast food place. Call ahead for outdoor pickup, or drive through or small outdoor patio. LOVED the vegan shakes (except the orange flavor) - coffee vegan shake was the best. Fries good. Both “burger” bun (everything is veggie here) and pizza crust more bread like and crumbly - but really nice option.
Amazing. You can request anything to be gluten free and/or vegan.
I have been here many times but the last time I got the mac and cheese and fries and got very sick. I dont know what happened.

This company is more about the almighty dollar than serving a good meal to weary travelers. This is a place I visited every day for breakfast but have stopped serving breakfast as of today. No, the 10 to 11 does not count as serving breakfast unless you are 18 years old and sleep in until 10. As I used go there so much, I have become to know the workers. three different sources warned me they are going to do away with there special prep are for people with allergies. According to them, they don't make enough money to keep it open. So, to them, the almighty dollar is more important than our safety and ability to get a good meal that is better than a gluten free bar.

Amy's tasted terrific! when I went in I was worried I'd have to break my vow to avoid meat. surprise! the light veggie patty "burger" hit the spot. I'll be back

Gluten free friendly and a safe place to eat. I've eaten there several times and never had any problems. I love the french fries and milkshakes! I took off one star because I haven't much enjoyed the other food I've eaten there. I've tried the burger and the chili so far. My daughter loves to go there and the prices are very affordable.

Had a delicious burger from there last night! No symptoms at all!
Good burgers, the buns could be little more "bun" like, lots of options for Ciliacs.
Many delicious celiac friendly options!

Amy's is always tasty. A good spot for standard American fare like pizzas, burritos & burgers. All vegetarian menu with GF options. Their burger buns are awesome. Not overly puffy, almost like a flat bread bun. The chocolate shakes are great too.
