Delicious omelettes almost all gluten free but really nothing else. Definitely going back!
So really it is only their omelets that are gluten free, but the omelets are the reason to come here! They have over 60 omelets to choose from and bring out staggering portions. very unique omelet construction - sort of like an egg lasagna. Staff is attentive to my needs and home fries are cooked on a griddle that has never made me sick. I know I am guaranteed to be contaminated by a fryer, so I look for griddle-cooked potatoes. Really great place and my non-GF family love it here, too. I love my options and never feel like I am missing out. Super Belly Buster omelet will never disappoint! Be aware that since Covid hit, they now close at 2 PM, at least as of October, 2021.. Not sure if they will ever go back to 8 PM. I hope so.
