The staff was very knowledgeable about their gluten free offerings. We came in doubting they would have anything gluten free as they had their Chinese buffet. However the waitress showed us 5 items that were gluten free and made fresh deep fried shrimp and wings with a gluten free batter. My husband has celiac and did not react! Not sure if they have a dedicated fryer. Their daughter was helping too and it was amazing! Will definitely go there again when in the area!
