Amy's Déjeuner Brunch Gâteries

We came to Amy’s and I informed the waitress of my celiac. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained that the kitchen has separate utensils. She stated that a lot of customers come through who also have celiac and gluten sensitivities. She showed me items on the menu that were safe or could be made safe. The waitress stated their vegan gravy is gluten free she also stated that they have separate fryers as well.
