The food was amazing and the cooks knowledgeable regarding GF. It was hard to find. But coming from outside of the mall around the fountain of wealth, it is facing the Mercedes dealership. Go in that door and it is in that food court.

Pho and Vermicelli noodle soups are gluten free. They do not use soy in their soups, only fish sauce. Tasty too.
