OK for GF but you could find better in the immediate area. Comparing their sister hotel in a different part of town, Anantara Riverside labeled every item at breakfast very clearly and had a large spread of GF breads and amazingly delicious muffins, there was no labeling at Anantara Siam and limited muffins had no flavor. Limited breakfast bread options OK. Breakfast was really focused on an international crowd, not western sufferers of celiac. However hotel restaurants were happy and willing to accommodate after discussion. I would consider coming back because I liked the hotel and I got by. A plus was nearby location of several GF optioned restaurants: Bangkok Bold and Ginger Farm Kitchen which you can order delivery from for next to nothing in fees.
