I went for a work event and called ahead to let them know I had a gluten allergy. The cook assured me my food would be prepared separately. They did a good job informing me what was safe to eat. I enjoyed the meal a lot. I had a Greek salad, Snapper, and a fruit plate for dessert. The wine was great too. And a day later, I’m not sick.
