Delicious food and knowledgeable staff. They do use soy sauce in a lot of dishes that would otherwise be gluten free, so be sure to ask the server before ordering.

Meal took a long time to come out. Separate GF menu but didn’t have a ton of options. I tried the chicken burger and it was okay.

Lots of options but be careful with pasta. I tested everything with Nima and everything was gf except pasta.

My wife has celiac, so we both eat gluten free. For dinner, we both ordered off the gluten free menu last night- gluten free pasta and a farro salad- with ease. The meals were delicious, and the staff was happy to accommodate other non-celiac requests we had.

I recommend staying away from the breakfast offerings, as she ordered the eggs Benedict and was very sick later.

Breakfast - Superb Service & Gluten Free Options. We have lived on Grand Cayman for years. A local friend recommended we meet at Anchor & Den for breakfast. It was, by far, the best gluten free breakfast I have ever had on island. Anchor & Den has a great breakfast menu selection and gluten free options available listed on the menu that I have never heard of anywhere else on-island. The food was well made and the service was Superior.

I'm not sure why this is showing up as Orlando World Center Marriott on thr FMGFSeach. It really is called Anchor & Den. we were treated so well on our first day that we just keep coming back! I have been able to NJoy gluten free pancakes, crepes, French toast, and frittatas. the service here is attentive and the definition of hospitality. If you eat gluten-free they will find something to make you happy! Mayank and Ajith, our servers, and Ravi, the cook were outastanding. But we ate other meals here as well and the service was just as attentive. i think celiac friendly but do not know for sure. G F menu.
