I visited this place based on my partner’s love of it (he is not gluten free) and some reviews saying it was safe. I chatted with the waitress and she indicated that nothing is really safe for a gluten allergy or celiac and that the kitchen is too small to have separate areas. I wasn’t able to get anything except bagged chips. If you’re super sensitive, I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I love this place!!!! Who knew you could get GF in a dive bar! There are no GF buns for the burgers, but they are grilled separately from the buns so you can order any one you like. The fries and bacon share the fryer. So fries were also safe!! Lots of ciders to choose from. I wish I lived in Superior now.

Excellent burgers and fries! No gluten free buns but you can get a bunless burger that is safe! Also they only cook fries in the fryer so those are safe too! Inexpensive and safe to eat! I’m already planning on going back. I have celiac disease and didn’t get sick. Normally a crumb of gluten and I’m done for the day.
