I was invited to a luncheon here, so called ahead. According to the staff, there is a risk of cross contamination and they do not have procedures in place to safely accommodate a medically necessary gluten free diet. They were very kind and honest with me which I appreciate. I’ll be having soda while the rest of the people I’m with eat :)

makes flour tortillas on tabletops and brings them even when asking for gluten free. very limited: not even beans or rice are safe. plus the whole family (I'm the only GF) agreed the food was terrible. gross. synthetic, ConAgra Sysco type crap

Great authentic food! Huge servings and well informed staff. I was greeted by the owner and he took time to walk me through the menu. He also checked in with me as I left the restaurant.
Best taco salad with Steak I have ever had. They have amazing corn chips and when told I was allergic to wheat went through the list of ingredients with me. I normally get sick from cross contamination but I felt fine after the meal. I did not ask about the frier.
