They do not have a clear understanding of what gluten is and, as a result, they claim many of their menu items can be made gluten free just because they sub rice noodles- but the sauces, and even imitation crab, all have gluten. The restaurant is fairly decent Thai food but definitely not gluten free.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
— Average
Virtually every item on the menu is available in a gluten free variant, and several items are inherently Gluten Free (i.e. several curry and stir fry) . Even items that use glutenous ingredients such as specific noodles can be readily substituted for gluten free alternatives. Also everything is quite good.

They said they could make anything gluten free. But turned it that hardly any appetizers were actually gluten free, and I'm confident that my Pad Thai was not, as I feel ill in the right time frame with joint problems.

No dedicated gluten free menu, but the waiter said they could make pretty much anything on the menu gluten free. Tasty food!
