We happened to find a concierge at the resort who is celiac, and this was the first place she recommended. We were not disappointed. Great meal, everything marked GF with knowledgable staff. The gf pasta is all penne, but not bad. Nice, upscale place- this is not your usual ski-resort pasta joint for the kids.
