Almost everything is made in-house, so the server was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. The GF pasta is a pre-order item, but their sauces are GF including the alfredo. You can have grilled chicken with alfredo sauce, for example. Caesar salad is made to order and can be GF without croutons. Not sure about cross-contamination measures in the kitchen but I was reassured that most of the items naturally do not contain gluten. I ordered the ribs and veggies. No issues for me and everything tasted great.
