I come here all the time, if you say that you have an allergy then they grab a fresh scooper spoons and tubs from the back of the kitchen that are made for allergies. Everything is clearly marked.
The owners are serious about allergen protocols. Ice creams with gluten are clearly marked on the menu. Employees will change gloves, scoops, etc. and open a new tub of ice cream if you ask. They even have gluten free cones! Andia’s is probably the best ice cream I’ve had in the triangle area!
They were great for my daughter's peanut allergy, but they don't clean the machine in between using it to mix gluten flavors and using it to make gluten free flavors. I decided not to risk it. :/

Ice cream was excellent and they take allergies very seriously. When my wife mentioned she had a gluten allergy he pulled the samples from new containers to ensure there was no risk of cross contamination.
Love this place. I wish the line wasn’t always so long hahah. But the staff takes allergies super serious. They change gloves, scoop from a new container, etc.

Wow! What a fantastic experience at Andia’s! They had all of their flavors marked with allergens on their flavor wall. When I stated I had GF allergy they walked me through their whole process. They went and scooped from a fresh bin AND they had gluten free cones. What a treat! I felt very safe and the ice cream was delicious.
They are super cautious about allergies and have great ice cream! Definitely recommend!!
My new favorite ice cream place! They even have dairy free and vegan options. All flavors are clearly marked and the staff is well trained on allergies.
Best ice cream!! If you ask they will scoop from a fresh tub in the back so it’s totally safe, and they have a marked menu. I love them!
Andia’s has the best ice cream! They have all allergens listed. As soon as we mentioned Celiac, they knew to use a clean scoop and a fresh container of ice cream. They have 2 vegan flavors every month, so if you need dairy free, they have you covered on that too!
