Andie’s is an Andersonville staple that used to have a million items and specials on their menu but is currently working to streamline its options. Its current menu labels what is gluten free (GF) but you do still need to ask about cross contact if that is an issue for you.

For instance, the grill is shared. They also make their of GF pita but because of the shared grill I did not opt to try it. Anything that is a tagine is made in its own separate container, and most of them are naturally GF.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions.

I have ordered kabobs,salad,hummus and rice and they offer a gluten free pita which I am so happy with. I'm pretty sensitive and it has never bothered me. (I go here often because I can feel normal eating their gluten free pita bread) I just tell them I have an allergy and they label and package seperatly for take out or make special note of it in restaurant.

Terrible. Do not eat here if you have celiac (as I do) or a severe gluten allergy. Even after being assured that extra precautions would be taken to ensure my food was safe I was glutenized.

So many GF options including GF pita bread.

Yes

I was so excited to try the GF pita and other options at this place. And sure, it tasted good, but I have never been more sick from eating gluten. It was a TERRIBLE experience. Not sure if they gave me the wrong pita or if it was just really bad cross-contamination. If you have Celiac disease, this is not the place to eat!
