This restaurant is very well versed in the importance a strict GF diet for celiacs. They have 1 dedicated GF fryer. Everything was delicious. We had the yuca frita as an appetizer, we shared the arroz con mariscos (like a Peruvian paella)- perfect for 2 people and they kept the calamari separate as it was not GF, but everything else was GF. Had the lèche asada for dessert - very good, especially if you like caramelized banana. Pricy but worth it! It’s a great place for a date night. Go early (like 5pm) if you don’t have a reservation.
